If you lead a brand that invests (or has plans to) $2m+ a year on advertising, you’re probably in the right space. Our primary users tend to hold roles such as Head of Marketing, Creative Operations Director, Chief Creative Officer, CMO, CEO. You get the jist. 

When it comes to talent, if you’ve won awards, worked on the biggest brands and/or people consider you an elite practitioner of creativity, you’re in the right place. Our platform combines machine learning and data on both brands and creative talent to make tailored recommendations.

Once you’ve had a demo from us, you’ll be given access to use it and find the matches you need.

For brands - there's a service fee charged as a % of your total project value. This can vary depending on the size of the project.

For agencies - Moonshoot is free to join and use.

All payments for projects via matches made through Moonshoot must occur through Moonshoot. 

Once a project is ready to commence, we will provide a SOW and invoice schedule according to the agreed-upon terms. Moonshoot pays the agency or creator once funds arrive from the client organisation. Our recommended terms are 50% up-front and 50% on completion, payable within 14 days. 

Clients can work with all agencies and creators in the Moonshoot community via one pre-approved contract, one process, & one payment entity for all suppliers so that partners can be onboarded quickly and seamlessly. A SOW will be signed between client and partners assigning responsibility for delivery of the work. 

All agencies/creators and client participants are independent contractors of Moonshoot. Anyone using the service does so in their own capacity at all times (and in the capacity of the companies that they represent). 

As outlined in our Terms of Use, Moonshoot is not responsible for work undertaken as a result of projects agreed through the service. Clients and agencies are responsible for agreeing to scope of work and agreement of terms and deliverables.
